Job Description

Accomplished educationist and strategic leader with experience of managing and leading pre primary Schools ; Well versed with standard operating procedures, processes as per the norms Experience in CBSE affiliation process and procedure will be an added advantage Flair knowledge about designing and developing international curriculum to meet the needs of the school program as per the CBSE Experience in heading the School clubs like Science club, English club, Information Technology club etc. is necessary 

Key Responsibilities and Core functions:

Instructional Leadership 

• Curriculum and Instruction Monitoring

• Responsible for maintaining and improving the learning levels of children

• process along with the school management

School Admissions

• Ability to focus on both school reputation building and promotion of school through events, seminars etc.

• Handle parental seminars and orientations to promote the school

• Innovate academic activities to help in promoting school image

• To have a good knowledge of admission process and to attract more students – increase in admissions.

Communication and Community Relations 

• Effective Communication with Parents, Community

• Partnerships with other organizations

• Ability to energize team members – enthusiastic.

Student Achievement

• Focuses on implementing and achieving student performance standards

• Plans for an effective data collection and analysis system related to the school or program goals and objectives. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must Haves:

• Minimum - PG + B Ed from institutes of repute with 08 to 10 years of experience which includes minimum 2-3 Years of administrative experience as Vice Principal/Headmistress/Co-ordinator

• Excellence in stakeholder management with strong people management skills 

• Strong academic focus

• Planning and Organizing skills

• Strong Communication skills (oral & written)

• Strong in Academics, Computer Savvy, Problem solving Skills, Good Listener Teaching and learning skills
